This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Arzeni and is intended to provide clear information regarding shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and responsibilities.

2. Shipping Destinations

Arzeni ships products to the following regions:

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
  • North America: Canada, United States

At this time, shipping outside the regions listed above is not available.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers selected by Arzeni. The available shipping options, carriers, and services may vary depending on the destination country and the size or weight of the order.

Arzeni reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Options include PostNL and DHL. 


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Destination country
  • Selected carrier and service level
  • Package weight and dimensions

Shipping fees typically range from approximately €4 to over €15, depending on destination and carrier. The final shipping cost is displayed before order confirmation.

All prices shown during checkout are exclusive of any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes for shipments outside the European Union.


5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier:

  • The Netherlands: approximately 1–2 working days
  • European Union: approximately 2–5 working days
  • United States and Canada: approximately 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched, not on the date the order is placed. Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or force majeure events are outside Arzeni’s control.


6. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation, including tracking information where available.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, including the United States and Canada:

  • The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • Arzeni does not collect or prepay these charges.
  • Failure to pay required customs charges may result in delayed delivery or return of the shipment.

8. Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify Arzeni within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date so that an investigation with the carrier can be initiated.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Arzeni is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors may be charged to the customer.
